What happens if something goes down
- Calculators run in your browser, so material and cut lists keep working even if our database is unreachable.
- Saved projects, permit history and PDF exports depend on the database — those pause until it recovers, and nothing is lost.
- Lifecycle and receipt emails are queued and retried, so a delivery outage delays email rather than dropping it.
- Paid access is tied to your account, not your session — an outage never costs you an unlock you paid for.
