How to request a refund

1. Email support from the address on your account, or use the contact form.
2. Tell us the purchase date. You do not need to explain why — we ask for feedback, but it is never a condition.
3. We approve refunds within two business days. The money returns to the original payment method through Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, typically in 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You can also request a refund directly at paddle.net.

What happens to your work

Refunding a purchase removes the paid entitlement it bought, but your saved projects and takeoffs stay on your account and free calculators keep working. Files you already downloaded are yours to keep.

The limits, stated plainly

• One refunded subscription period per account. Repeatedly subscribing and refunding may result in future purchases being declined.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only — we cannot pay out to a different card or account.
• Chargebacks are slower and more expensive for both of us. Email first; we will almost always have it resolved before a bank dispute would even open.

Estimates are estimates

All material quantities, cut lists, cost ranges and permit summaries are estimates only, not quotes and not professional engineering or legal advice. Verify quantities, dimensions and requirements with local suppliers and your building department before you buy, cut or build. Our refund promise covers what you paid us; it does not cover materials purchased or work performed based on an estimate.
